| Red Hot |
Second to yellow, red is the most dominating colour to the human eye and undoubtedly raises strong emotions in all of us. Red of all shades are both sensual and engergising and when used in their contemporary format can introduce warmth and vibrancy to any room, both large and small.
The key to success is to use red as an accent colour tempered with lots of neutrals, such as chalk and cream. These temper the strength and warmth of red, giving it breathing space and preventing it from becoming overpowering. |
